How Workers Can Shut Down the System

10am-11:30am

About

The working class has the capacity to challenge the system because it creates all wealth in society. When workers organise to withhold their labour – to stop work and go on strike – they can quickly inflict huge damage on our rulers in a way that no other group can.

The Socialist Strategy for Ending Oppression

2pm-3:30pm

About

Socialists have a unique argument about oppression, that we can not only fight to lessen oppression, but by removing the capitalist system we can remove the heart of why oppression exists and ultimately do away with it.

Why We Need a Mass Socialist Party

3:30pm-5pm

About

To defeat capitalism, anti-capitalists need to be organised. Socialism must become a mass organised force. A socialist organisation is the key means by which the most radical workers and students can act to build class consciousness and maximise the possibility that workers’ struggles become a challenge to the system rather than an isolated episode.
